REGISTRATION:
Registration is easy and FREE:
Users can fill out a Registration Form to gain
full access to our system. Registration is FREE, and gives the user full
access to our system. Users must be registered in order to Buy or Sell
items on our site. Registered Users also have access to detailed
information about the companies in our Service Network.
User information:
During registration the user is required to supply basic information about
themselves. Certain information is required, as specified on the
registration form, whereas other information is optional. Users are
encouraged to fill out as much information as possible.
The more information that you provide to us, the better we will be able to serve
you. The User Information that you provide will only be used under the
terms of our privacy policy.
Company information:
During registration the user is required to supply basic information about
the company for which they work. Certain information is required, as
specified on the registration form, whereas other information is optional.
Users are encouraged to fill out as much information as possible. The more information that you provide to us, the better we will be
able to serve you. If you choose to add your company information to our
Service Network, the information will be available to the public. If you
would like to add your company to the Service Network, but do not feel
comfortable with disclosing certain information, then only fill out the fields
with which you feel comfortable. Keep in mind that the more information
that you fill out, the easier other companies can locate you when they make
queries for certain information. The Company Information that you provide will only be used under the terms of our privacy policy.
Changing & accessing your account information:
To change or access your account information, Log In and then select My Account at the top
of the main menu bar. The information available under My Account is the
User Information, the User's Company Information, information about your items
for sale, and the status of bids that you have placed. To change the user or company
information, select the appropriate link, and follow the directions.
Changing a company's main contact:
The first person from your company to register with our site is automatically assigned as the main
contact for your company information. The company's main contact is the only person permitted to modify the company information.
Each company is assigned only one main contact. To change the main contact
for a company, the new contact must first register. Then the new contact
must send an email requesting the change of the main company contact to MainContact@factorynetwork.com.
The email must include the new contact's Full Name, UserID#, Email Address,
Phone#, and the CompanyID, Company Name, & Address. We will forward
the request to the current main contact for verification of the change.
Once we have verified that the request is valid, we will change the main contact
as requested. This process could take a few days.

Use of this Web site constitutes acceptance of FactoryNetwork.com's Terms
of Service and Privacy Policy.
New Customer Referral Program (You can earn MONEY):
When a new Customer lists you as their source during
registration, FactoryNetwork will PAY YOU
20% of the buyer's transaction fee that we collect, for the listing company's first equipment
sale. It's our way of saying thank you! You must be a Registered
User at the time of the transaction to qualify for this program.
Become a FactoryNetwork Customer Representative (You can earn more MONEY):
FactoryNetwork will pay Qualified Members Additional Finders Fees for helping
FactoryNetwork find and service new customers. Contact FactoryNetwork at FindersFees@factorynetwork.com
to learn more and find out how to sign up for this money making service. Customer Representatives go through a screening process
and must agree to the programs terms and conditions. Once approved, Customer Representatives
can earn money for the following:
